Reviews For The Capital Grille

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed in. They treated us like celebrities and we are not⦠the bartender, our waitress, everyone was very professional and kind. The food is excellent! They surprised us with special birthday plates and desserts for our birthdays⦠so amazing⦠Even if you are not celebrating a birthday, the experience is first class! Will recommend to everyone!

We arrived in the late afternoon on a rainy day. It was a quiet, relaxing meal before our flight. Our server, Lucy was fantastic. She was attentive and friendly. The French onion soup was perfect for the weather. The salads were lightly dressed and delicious. The bread was hot & fresh and the wine was great.

I have enjoyed better visits here before. While they have great food, it took us over three hours to complete the meal. It just took too long to get our service. I canât see if it was our server or if it was the kitchen, but we waited a long time. The worst part is that when it did arrive, some of the food was over cooked and some was way undercooked. We will certainly go back, but a restaurant of this caliber needs to step it up just a little bit.
