It seems like this Chipotle does not have good management or there isnt an overall good support. The workers are always in a bad mood, and I can sympathize because Ive worked in the food industry as well. However, every single time I eat here its not a good experience. Pick up orders always come out 25 minutes late than anticipated even when its not busy and my items are usually wrong or missing. I hope this Chipotle can be better in the future.
This is hands down the best chipotle Ive ever had. The customer service was also awesome. I didnt have to beg and plead for extra rice like I normally do the woman who served me rice obliged my request with a sweet smile. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

“I think going to a Chipotle on a main road in a college town is basically not a good idea. The employees were doing their best but the line was huge and they were out of the meat that I wanted. They were just truly slammed. If you want to open a successful restaurant, open a chipotle in a college town! You heard it here last. On the other hand, I obtained a huge burrito that lasted me two days so there is that! The lady behind the counter encountered a challenge wrapping it and went for the double wrap. I think this burrito was 2k calories which is about right for two days. Life is good with guacamole and chips on the side!”

Restaurant is your typical Chipotle, however it seems that no matter what day you go, if its after 9pm, you won’t find all options in the menu. And since is Gainesville, it seems this store goes through employees more than any other Chipotle, as students come and go and so their employees. This in turn brings new unexperienced staff and at your burrito may not be well made because of it… Other than that, is Chipotle, a great place for great food!
