First time at this restaurant and it was fabulous! What made it even better was the staff. Our waitress was outstanding. Courtney CoCo was so helpful, attentive and a wonderful personality. She is a true asset to this establishment. The food is 5 stars, and piping hot when served. Calamari was delicious, Shrimp Scampi and their Grits were done to perfection.Looking forward to our next visit.

SPRING, TX The Republic Grille recently opened its third location in Spring at 3486 Discovery Creek Blvd., near the intersection of Grand Parkway and Rayford Rd. in the Harmony Commons development.
Well known for serving award-winning, high-quality Texas cuisine with a Southern twist, The Republic Grill has recently been selected by Trip Advisor as one of the Top 25 Everyday Dining destinations in the USA. The newly constructed free-standing restaurant in Spring complements two other locations in The Woodlands and Magnolia.
We are extremely proud to launch our third rendition of The Republic Grille, said Terry McBurney, Founder and Operator. While the COVID-19 pandemic has surely infringed on how we perform day-to-day operations, nonetheless it didnt stop us from bringing a new option for family dining to southeast Montgomery County and the Grand Oaks / Benders Landing area.
The Republic Grille is acclaimed for serving high-quality cuisine at reasonable prices, such as their award-winning Wagyu Chicken Fried Steak. Other menu items include the popular Chicken Woodlands, Carolina-style Shrimp & Grits, TRG Top Chop, and Certified Angus Burgers, as well as dozens of light but satisfying salads, appetizers and mouth-watering desserts.
Currently open only for dinner seven days a week, The Republic Grille will be expanding into lunch in the coming weeks.
