We had dinner here on a Sunday night and it was packed. The staff is very friendly and efficient. My wife and I had steaks and our son had pizza. My steak was cooked pretty well but slightly over done. My wife’s was way over done but they made her a second that was perfect. The pizza was very good as well. The salad bar was also very good.

“First but not last visit to Jays today. The staff is so fun and friendly. II had the best grilled chicken sandwich Ive ever had today. My friend had the Philly Steak sandwich- which she also raved about. The owner came out and chatted with us since we are Chicago Gals and of course had to debate why we werent really NY pizza fans. But then Jay had us taste his breadsticks with his homemade sauce – and the sauce was to die for!!!You also best be hungry because you get a large portion. Its been a long time since I was really wowed by some good old fashion good eats.Dont let the decor sway you – it is very simple this place is about the food!”
“I have lived here for awhile and when my cousin from NC came to visit we wanted something different. I have read reviews for Jay’s and wanted to go here, but not by myself. We went and ordered a pizza. That was the absolute very best pizza I have ever had!! Seriously. I will definitely go back, even though by myself, and try their amazing menu!! Fabulous !!”
