TWIN PEAKS and LANDMARK BAR & GRILL (FORT WORTH, TEXAS)

The Addison School building was opened in 1914. In 1954 the school became a part of the Dallas ISD, and the school closed in 1964. The school building is now the “Magic Time Machine Restaurant.”

McLaughlin was built in 1959. Field was built in 1960. Stark opened in 1963. opened in 1962, replacing Carrollton High School.

Prior to fall 2006, all Addison residents were zoned to Frank for Kindergarten through 4th Grade, E. D. Walker Elementary School for 5th and 6th grades, and Marsh Middle School for 7th and 8th grades. Junkins Elementary School opened in fall 2006, relieving Anne Frank, and Tom C. During the same year, Walker became a middle school, serving the Frank and Junkins-zoned sections of Addison, while the Gooch-zoned section was still assigned to Marsh.

Category Defining Beverage Program

Potentially the most unique and marketable asset for Twin Peaks is the brands universal promise of 29° degree draft beer, a claim no other category competitor can attest to. Ice cold beer in frozen mugs and a compelling cocktail program drives additional dining occasions and balances overall cost of sales.

Twin Peaks Restaurant And Karaoke

Non-stop recorded music playing at rock-concert volume. Guaranteed to give you a headache if over 23. Walked in, walked out never got as far as trying the food.

Visited here for week one of the World Cup and the poor staff and management were a bit out of their depth… place was packed, so slow to get a drink . I’m sure a…different place outside of the World Cup! Plenty of tv screens so no doubt a great sports bar!More

Thank you for your feedback and evaluation!

Stopped in for a burger and some local beer brew and was satisfied. Located right on Baumann Street, the main pedestrian walk way/shopping street in beautiful Kazan. It was the middle of summer, and during the World Cup, so service was slow, but we went…there to have a drink, a bite, and to relax. All worked out well. Had nice conversations with our neighbors.More

Twin Peaks Surges Into 2020

Twin Peaks plans to continue its positive momentum and success from 2019 as it looks toward future growth and innovation in 2020.

The ultimate sports lodge reported an impressive 2.5 percent increase in year-over-year sales and a 1.2 percent increase in year-over-year traffic in 2019. Over the last year, Twin Peaks also introduced its innovative smoker program and enhanced beverage and lunch menus. In addition to menu innovation, Twin Peaks opened three new restaurants, remodeled two locations and signed three franchise deals.

Twin Peaks is on a winning streak with no plans of slowing down, says CEO Joe Hummel. 2019 was a very successful year for us and we are excited to bring that momentum with us through 2020. Twin Peaks thrives on innovation, excellence and separating ourselves from the normal. Each of our kitchens are equipped with a smoker for serving up in-house smoked menu items which isnt something that many restaurants can claim, in addition to our extensive beverage selection. But menu innovation doesnt stop there. It will continue to be a focus in 2020. Our culinary team will have new menu items in our test kitchens each month to keep the ideas fresh and flowing. And with our continued expansion, we also plan to expect to see even more regional shifts to the Twin Peaks menu.

Spring, Texas partners Tom Pisula and Moussa Haidar have signed a multi-franchise agreement with Twin Peaks Restaurant to build 10 of their uber-masculine sports bar lodges in the Philadelphia area. Pisula, a former resident of Pittsburgh, says he and his partner are scouting locations and expect the first two locations to start construction by the second quarter of 2022.

The thing about Philadelphia that I like is that theres so much of a population for our brand, Pisula told What Now Philadelphia. The population is strong in Philly. Its a natural brand for the area, and we just love it. Twin Peaks has great, quality food, and they get a huge drawing.

Twin Peaks is a gathering place for sports fans known for its rugged lodge decor, made-from-scratch food, chilled beer poured at 29-degrees, and scenic views, which may or may not refer to the copious amounts of cleavage displayed by their scantily clad waitresses a la Hooters-style.

Pisula, who also owns medical space in Philly and N.J., is also working on opening Whataburger and Bojangles franchises throughout the U.S., and will look to expand these franchises in Pennsylvania as well.

Tucson will get one of four Twin Peaks restaurants an upstart sports bar chain that takes a few tips from Hooters set to open in Arizona, but when it will happen is anyones guess.

The Phoenix-based franchise operators, AZ Twin Peaks, plan to focus their attention first on opening three restaurants in the Phoenix area. Then they will move into Tucson, said Lee Cohn, who heads the group. Cohn is a restaurant veteran whose portfolio includes co-developing the 1950s-60s themed Ed Debevics chain that started in Phoenix in 1984.

We dont have any timing yet in terms of Tucson, Cohn said. It will be a matter of finding a right location. For us, Tucson will be kind of an opportunistic situation timing wise. If a good deal comes up well act sooner.

Twin Peaks is a relatively new chain, started in Dallas in 2005. It is known for its Hooters-esque waitresses, who dress in short-shorts and low-cut crop tops knotted under the bust.
