“I have got to say I love this bar but my experience tonight with the blonde bar tender was horrible. For the fourth time having a bad experience with this bar tender I would like to say she need to be nicer. Asked for a drink 3 times and constantly put me off. The way she treated the staff was so horrible. I would see her walk around with an attitude and push a server out of the way like she owned the place you could tell the server was put off and upset. I talked to another couple sitting next to me at the bar and they said thats always been how she treats people. I just wanted to leave an honest review so maybe the management could have her change her attitude. Other than that this bar has been great. Love the food and the cook was very nice!”

Best mai thais and if you never had a pain killer drink this is the place to try one. Everyone is friendly even the customers and the manager will take care of you. Just remember he can’t move mountains but can put a smile on your face. And the wings are both thumbs up !!
With A Good View And Plenty Of Seafood Options No Wake Bar & Grill Is Appealing For Diners With Kids Or Without
No Wake Bar & Grill in Port Barrington has an indoor space, in addition to a screened-in patio, and right along the dock, a tent set up with tables.
Tucked along what looks like a residential road in Port Barrington is the No Wake Bar & Grill.
It resembles a marina as you drive up and it is. But the west half of the building at 99 Kazimour Drive also holds a restaurant with the tag line northern latitude with a tropical attitude. It serves up waterfront fare along with traditional bar offerings and a great view.
No Wake Bar & Grill has an indoor space, of course, but also a screened-in patio, and right along the dock, a tent set up with tables. The tent, according to our server, was a pandemic-era add-on, but proved popular and remained even as indoor dining returned.
I certainly hope they keep it. For a family with a young child, the comings and goings of the boats was great entertainment.
The restaurant boasts an extensive menu with plenty of seafood options, along with a robust kids menu.
For an appetizer, we indulged by ordering cheese curds , which were great. My fellow diner noted they were so good, he ate too many of them and didnt finish his entree as he normally does. I was particularly a fan of the dipping sauce.
Among the many appetizer options at No Wake Bar & Grill are cheese curds.
I was tempted to try one of these items, but already had decided to go the fish route for dinner.
Quesadilla appetizers can be ordered plain or with chicken or steak.
