Gilligans Bar & Grill is seeking experienced server staff to operate our dining floor. We have beautiful ocean views and an expansive outdoor dining terrace. We offer competitive pay rates, free golf, employee discounts, and healthcare for full-time employees.
Server staff is expected to be punctual and dependable, organized, and efficient.
Our servers expedite their own food/drinks and bus their own tables, because of this, we do not do tip-pooling, all servers make their own tips, and only tip out the bartender a small percentage of their alcohol sales.
Servers are responsible for cleaning and upkeep of entire dining area, and are expected to stay busy and working in any down-time between customers.
Potential for promotion to lead server/front of house manager if candidates prove dependable and capable.

I wanted a great steak dinner and Gilligan’s delivered! We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms, and had the filet mignon for dinner. Both were the best.
Great local restaurant. The food was great, prices made sense, resultant was clean. Kids menu was good, plenty of food for them. Food came out hot and cooked exactly how it was ordered. The service was top notch, waitress made sure our food and drinks…were good and kept returning to see if we needed anything.More

New to Harrisburg by way of Maryland. Went to the Gilligan’s off Jonestown rd. The prime rib I ordered cut like butter and was perfectly cooked med rare. The food was soooooo excellent that I wish I found this place a long time ago!!!! Calamari…was fresh and soo tender! GILLIGAN’S is my new favorite restaurant and it took a year of searching in Harrisburg!!!! Love the food here I hope my second visit is as good as or better!!! Keep up the good work!!!More
