Not anymore, these tender spareribs are cooked on the grill!

Ok… so today we’re talking spareribs. But these aren’t made in the pressure cooker, these are made entirely on the grill. That’s right, no oven, no pressure cooker… no problem!

If you don’t have a gas grill this can certainly be done on a charcoal grill, just cover and monitor the temperature of the grill with a heat thermometer.

How To Parboil And Grill Ribs

Put your rack of ribs in a large stockpot. Fill it with enough cold water to cover. Then, squeeze lemons in a bowl and strain all the juice in the pot. You may also throw in the lemon rinds, just make sure to remove the seeds.
