How Long Do You Cook Grilled Chicken
For this recipe, the Grilled chicken thighs will take roughly 30-40 minutes. We will be using what is known as ;Two-Zone Cooking.
We will start the chicken thighs over the indirect heat side of the grill for 20-30 minutes to slowly raise the temperature to 155°-160 °F
Once the chicken reaches 155°-160°F, we will move the chick thighs to the direct heat side of the grill to help crisp the skin and add a little extra char flavor to the chicken thighs. This will take roughly 3 mins per side depending on how much char you prefer.
Then we will move the chicken thighs back to the indirect heat side and add the BBQ sauce and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes until the chicken reaches 170°- 175° F. This also allows the sauce to set.
The main thing to remember is your particular chicken thighs will vary in how long they take to cook. The main thing to remember is you, ALWAYS cook to temperature and not to time, You want to use time as a guide only, internal temp is the main thing when it comes to any form of Barbecue. You will want a good internal meat thermometer;to help you gauge the temperature of the meat while it is cooking so you can remove it the second its ready.

Baking The Chicken Skewers Instead Of Grilling Them
You can certainly use an oven grill to make these satays but there is a reason Im using the stovetop method and that is,
1/ I can control the temperature, reducing and increasing the heat as I need, this helps me not to overcook them.
2/ The other reason Im using the stovetop-grill pan method is that the chicken satay needs to be turned frequently so all sides get an equal amount of time to cook.
So making them over the stove, on a grill pan lets me do that instead of constantly opening the oven doors to check on the chicken.
Third, its easier than using the oven to grill since you actually see the meat grilling, you have control over how long each piece will need to cook and take out the ones;that are already done.;
Utensils needed;to make these grilled chicken satay.
You can use any type of stovetop grilling pan out there, Im using an Ikea grilling pan, the advantage of using the latter is because I can do 6-8 chicken satays at the same time.
If you decide to use an IKEA grilling pan like mine, theres one thing you should be aware of and that is,
Since the pan is rectangular in shape the heat from the stove is centered in the middle and the chicken skewers placed in the middle grill faster than the ones;on the sides.
The easiest way to deal with this is to move the grilled skewers in the middle once they are halfway done and replace them with the ones that were on the sides.
Do this a couple of times and you should be fine.
4 is the amount.

Time And Temperature For Grilling Chicken Tenders
To keep your chicken tenders moist, its important to make sure your grill is at the right temperature and not to overcook them.
- I find that a grill between 375 and 400 degrees F is the right temperature for grilling chicken.
- For chicken tenders, youll need about 6 to 8 minutes total. Flip the chicken tenders once halfway through.
- Youll know when the chicken tenders are done when the juices run clear when they are sliced.
- Its a little tricky to insert an instant read thermometer since the tenders are small, but if you can the chicken should register 165 degrees F.
- For great grill marks: Make sure your grill is fully preheated before adding the chicken. Try to disturb the chicken as little as possible during cooking.

How To Make Juicy Stovetop Grilled Chicken
This technique for making perfectly juicy stovetop grilled chicken is actually super easy, and anyone will be able to follow it as long as you have an oven-safe pan!
The idea behind this method is to get a beautifully seared exterior while keeping the meat itself juicy and moist inside. As everyone knows, chicken breast is really easy to overcook and make dry, but if you follow this recipe, you should have no problems.
First, heat up an oven-safe pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add oil and swirl to coat the surface before placing both chicken breasts into the pan. Sear them for 2 minutes on each side to get a nice crust formed.
After the chicken is seared, transfer the entire pan to an oven preheated to 350°F and cook for about 20 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 150°F.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, and youre ready to eat! Serve with some leafy greens or with a side of rice.
