Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes, or until halfway through, before flipping it over. If you prefer your salmon to be cooked without the skin, start by brushing it with oil before placing it on the grill. Grill the salmon for 68 minutes with the lid closed, then flip it halfway through to cook through.
